Adaptive Management Resources

Adaptive management approaches to conservation can yield stronger results and impacts through reflection, learning, and adaptation. Adaptive management can increase the ability of implementers to respond quickly to changing environments and in cases when plans prove inadequate, inaccurate, or unrealistic. Adaptive management at USAID occurs throughout the Program Cycle and is part of the systematic and iterative use of knowledge and learning.
